1. Information We Collect
When you apply for or use SYSTEM client, we collect the minimum necessary data to authenticate your machine and manage your application:
- Hardware Fingerprint (HWID): A one-way, irreversible salted SHA-256 cryptographic hash derived from hardware identifiers (such as motherboard and CPU serials) used solely to verify authorized instances.
- Application Information: Minecraft IGN, Discord username/tag, self-reported age, gamemode tiers, and answers to application questions.
- Network Telemetry: IP address, verification request timestamps, and client version strings recorded in our security audit log to mitigate denial-of-service and replay attacks.
2. Use of Information
We use your information exclusively for:
- Evaluating suitability and intent during the application review process.
- Authorizing in-game sessions via cryptographic challenge-response handshakes.
- Detecting credential sharing, software redistribution, and security abuse.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade any personal information, hardware identifiers, or usage logs with any third parties or advertisers. All data is securely stored on an encrypted, isolated private server.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Audit verification logs are periodically rotated. If you wish to withdraw an application or request the deletion of your records, you may contact the administration via Discord.
