By downloading, running, or applying for access to SYSTEM client ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use or apply for access to the Software.
Access to SYSTEM is granted on a strictly non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user basis. Each license is tied to your individual Hardware ID (HWID). You may not share, sell, lease, sublicense, or distribute your account, build files, or hardware-authenticated sessions under any circumstances.
You agree not to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, inspect memory hooks, dump binaries, or modify any verification, anti-tamper, or licensing routines. Any attempt to bypass the authentication server or inspect cryptographically signed traffic will trigger an automated, permanent hardware blacklist across all affiliated systems.
Access to the Software is a privilege, not a right. Administrators reserve the sole and absolute discretion to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any user's access or whitelist status at any time, with or without prior notice or stated reason.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or account sanctions resulting from the use of the Software.
